Product Description
Made for small frame revolvers and automatics, this holster is designed to be worn in the front trouser or coat pocket. The "hook" on the outside serves 2 purposes:
- It provides width so that the holster stays upright in the pocket, and serves as a release mechanism so that the weapon comes out of the holster as it is draw from the pocket.
- The holster is designed to break-up the outline of the weapon for optimum concealment in the pocket.
This is an excellent rig for concealed carry or as a back-up holster. It's only available in saddle brown leather, and can be worn in either the right or left pocket.
How to tell if they holster model you are interested in is in stock: On the dropdown menu out beside each holster, there will be a notification if the holster is in stock or out of stock. In stock holsters will be marked as "In Stock" and out of stock holsters will be marked as "Preorder: 30 to 90 day ETA".
Some commonly asked questions about this model:
#1 - How reliable is the hook when drawing the gun?
We've found it to be pretty reliable, but it does take some practice. We suggest you spend some time getting familair with the optimal draw to assure that the handgun disenages from the holster as it's drawn.
#2 - I prefer the black color, but don't see it listed?
The 001 is another holster model that Don Hume only produces in one color: saddle brown.
#3 - How well does it conceal?
The effectiveness of pocket holsters varies on a number of factors including the size of the weapon, type of pants, and body type. A larger sized handgun, like a Glock 26 will be more difficult to effectively conceal compared to a slimmer and smaller Ruger LCP.

This leather holster fits the gun perfectly, as with any leather it will require a break in period for proper withdrawal of the gun. Dealing with this company has been excellent, responsive and kept me posted on the progress. Great customer service. Highly recommend
