    • Canik TP9SF

    Introduced to the market in 2016, the Canik TP9SF is a striker-fired version of the Canik TP9SA and TP9SA MOD 2 pistols.

    Dimensionally, the TP9SF is the same size as the TP9SA model, as both are equipped with a 4.46 barrel with an overall length of 7.5 inches. The TP9 SF model is also relatively narrow, being 1.35” wide.

    For size comparison purposes, a Glock 19 has a barrel length of 4.02 inches with an overall length of 7.36 inches. This makes the TP9SF handgun slightly longer than a Glock 19 but smaller than a Glock 17.

    Although Canik does offer some pistols in various calibers, the TP9 series is only available in the 9mm caliber.

    Holsters for the Canik TP9SF

    Technically, Canik identifies the TP9SF as a full size model for home defense and self-defense. Pistols of this size can be used for concealed carry, so we sell some IWB holsters for this Canik model. However, our most popular selling holsters for the TP9 SF are outside the waistband models using either belt slots, snaps, or a paddle mounted to the belt.

    Canik TP9SF Holster with Light

    Since the TP9-SF is equipped with a mil-spec picatinny rail (accessory rail), we receive requests for TP9SF holsters with a light or laser mounted. Luckily, most all the gun holster styles displayed below are available in configurations to fit a TP9 SF with almost any mainstream light or laser mounted. Mainstream light brands that are supported include OLight, Surefire, and Streamlight.
