Product Description
Gunner's Alley Gun Belts
Although it is often overlooked, the gun belt is a big part of the foundation needed to comfortably carry a holstered pistol. The Gunner's Alley gun belts are specifically designed to support the weight of a holstered handgun, spare magazine, flashlight, handcuff case, etc without sagging.
Materials
The Gunner's Alley gun belts are made of two layers of 6-7 oz. bull hide. Bull hide is denser, stronger, and more durable than cowhide. As a result, a bull hide gun belt is much less likely to stretch out over time like a comparable cowhide gun belt will. The belts are stitched with a commercial grade, heavy duty nylon thread designed to last. The buckles used are a high quality, low profile type designed to allow the buckled belt to lay as flat as possible. The buckles are available in either brass, nickel, or matte black. The buckles themselves are interchangeable, and attach to the belt via a set of chicago screws.
Craftsmanship
First and foremost, these belts are custom made by hand, one at a time. The outer layer of bull hide is submersion dyed (versus spray dyeing) for maximum color retention over time. The inner layer is left a natural bull hide color, to prevent any dye from potentially bleeding on to your clothes. All exposed belt edges are hand-slicked to a smooth finish, sealed, and then dyed black. The belt keepers (also called the tongue retention strap) are double stitched.
Turnaround Time
Most custom belt manufacturers take anywhere from 3-6 months to produce a gun belt of this quality. We can typically have one of our custom made gun belts completed to your specifications in about 60 days.
These belts are available in the following four colors with either a brass, black, or nickel buckle:

These belts can be made to fit a waist size from 29" all the way up to 70". Any size between 49" and 59" inches costs an extra $10.00., sizes over 60 inches cost and extra $20. If your waist size decreases, you can send the belt back to us to have it sized down for $20.00.
Sizing
IMPORTANT - As these are custom made on an as ordered basis, please take the time to size the belt in the manner specified below. DO NOT ORDER YOUR PANTS SIZE! Your current pant size is not an accurate measure of your waist, so please don't use that figure.
Sizing can be done in one of two ways:
- Measure a belt you have now from the FAR end of the buckle to the hole you use most often (to the nearest inch). This will PROBABLY be about two inches larger than your waist or pants size. That number is the size you need to order.
- If you don't have an existing belt to measure, use a cloth measuring tape. Run the tape through the belt loops on your pants, snug it up, and then round to the nearest inch.
- We size our belts from the outside edge of the buckle to the middle hole. For example, a size 38 belt will measure 38 inches from the outer edge of the buckle to the middle hole of the belt (as illustrated below).
Many of our customers use the same belt for IWB carry and every day wear, whether they are carrying a holstered pistol or not. If this is what you have in mind, and you carry IWB often enough, and if the measurement is significantly different (2 inches or more), you can order a belt IN BETWEEN the two measurements. If you carry IWB every day, measure with your IWB holster on. If you don't carry IWB at all, measure normally as described above. We also know many people (including ourselves) who simply let their belt out one notch when they carry IWB. We also know others that tighten their belt when they carry IWB - there is no right way, it is a personal choice.
Belt Return/Exchange Policy
This is a custom made product to your specifications, and as a result it is non-refundable. All Gunner's Alley belts are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ONE YEAR from purchase. (This does not cover abuse.) If you receive a belt with a defect in materials or workmanship, please contact us via phone or email immediately so we can take care of the issue for you.
Please measure carefully. This is a custom made belt to your specifications. If we send you the size belt you ordered and you receive a belt that is too short or too long, it can be exchanged for a new size for a re-stocking fee of $40. Again, please measure carefully and feel free to call us if you have any questions on how to measure, we will be glad to help you.
Belts ordered with an internal stiffener or a velcro liner option are not returnable or eligible for exchange. If you are interested in one of these options, please follow the measuring instructions above carefully to ensure you receive the correct size. We will be glad to help you, so please feel free to contact us via phone or email.
Pricing
1 1/4" - $69.00 - This width is an excellent choice to wear with a suit or dress slacks. The belt will provide enough stability to carry your weapon and other personal items (extra mag, cell phone, etc.).
1 1/2" - $79.00 - If there is a "standard" width for a gun belt, this is it. It provides excellent stability and support for a holstered firearm and all associated gear. It will also fit through the loops of jeans and most pants with no issues. It is the one we recommend the most.
1 3/4" - $89.00 - A good choice for carrying a really heavy handgun all the time, or if you are looking for a more "casual" look. This belt will work with most jeans, and many holsters feature 1 3/4" belt slots (but you may want to check your holster to be sure).

Excellent gun belt
I can't recommend these more. I'm a LEO and have used this gun belt in black for off duty and plainclothes duty carry for 18 years. I just bough a new brown one after I made detective. Great support for a full size pistol and mag/cuff case. You'll definitely get your money's worth with this.

Gun Belt
I ordered a replacement for my 15 + year old belt. ONLY because the staples holding the belt loop had finally come loose. The quality has been so SUPERIOR, I figured it was time to have a second one.? Superior quality, superior Customer Service. It’s a rarity and a comfort to KNOW the quality product I’d be receiving, as your Gun Belts are a ‘proven commodity’. TOTALLY satisfied.

Great Belts
This is my third Gunner's Alley belt. Unfortunately made necessary not by wearing out the old one's but by my increasing waistline. The older ones are still in good shape, quite wearable. The only problem I had was wearing through the nickel coating on a buckle. And they replaced that for free. Great service, great products. Nice people!

GA Gun Belt
Excellent craftsmanship and materials. My 2nd belt, replacing the first only because I've worn it *everywhere*, *everyday* and it accumulated some wear. If you CCW-carry, even on occasion, you owe it to yourself to have a GA belt, so you are ready anytime you go out the door. Your safety, and that of your family, are worth it.

More than worth the money.
You can spend $100 plus on a quality Galco belt, or you can spend a little less and get a custom belt with an incredible fit and finish, that hold up a 2 pound gun with no effort, and wears well with anything. I could not speak more highly of this product. Shipping process was painless and timely as well. Please purchase if you need a belt.

Excellent quality belt
First off, I measured before ordering exactly the way they specified, and the belt fit perfectly when it arrived. It's pretty stiff at first, and I've been wearing it ever since receiving it. It's extremely sturdy. I've tried a few different holsters, and it holds everything the way it should. I have another brand of gun belt with a metal strip inside, and this belt seems just as sturdy. Feels like it will last a long time.

Absolutely Awesome Belt!
I bought one of these belts in 1 3/4 inch width and it is absolutely awesome -- the best belt that I have ever purchased. It is extremely well made and it looks great. Most importantly, it is highly functional -- it doesn't sag (and neither do my trousers) when I wear it with my holster and Bersa Thunder 380. I like this belt so much that I plan to purchase another for casual wear. Worth every penny!

Third one I have owned
I bought new belt when old one wore out, this is the best one yet even though it doesn't have the stiffener in it. Ordered the 1 3/4 wide works like a "champ".
