MTR Custom Belt Scabbard Holster
The Scabbard is MTR Custom's interpretation of a classic holster design. This design has been around for generations, with many holster makers offering a version of this timeless classic. The combination belt loop and slot system allow the gun to be pulled tightly into the body, offering very good concealment. This model rides tight to the body at about belt level. It is not an extreme high ride holster, so drawing and re-holstering are easy, quick, and comfortable.
MTR Custom's Scabbard design is made from 6 to 7 ounce A-Grade premium bull hide leather, and is hand made in the USA. It features a reinforced mouth that allows for one handed re-holstering, while the double row stitching ensures durability.
The Scabbard features belt slots that will fit any belt up to 1.75" wide and has slight boning to enhance weapon fit and holster beauty. The MTR Custom Belt Scabbard is custom fitted to the specific weapon ordered and features a slight forward cant for better concealment.

Stellar
This is the second holster I have ordered and like the first -on a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 12. I highly recommend adding the lining as it makes for a smooth withdrawal of the weapon.

Excellent holster for a hard to fit revolver
This was the fifth holster I tried for my Smith & Wesson M66 Combat Magnum with a 4.25" bull barrel. Many holsters are made for K frame revolvers, but the Combat Magnum is different. It makes most of those other holsters not compatible. A staff member at Gunner's Alley contacted me when they did a little research on my order. They found that the holster I ordered (and thought would fit) would not actually have fit well. They suggested the MTR Custom Belt Scabbard Holster which I request a thumb break retention to be added on. I am very happy with the results, and will be using it to carry my new trail gun this hunting season. The holster I used for my previous revolver was only fair in comparison to the MTR holster. You have to wait a little while to get the holster, but it's worth the wait for a custom fitted product rather than something off the shelf. If/and when I need a holster in the future then I'll come back to Gunner's Alley as well.

Great addition!
I recently ordered this holster for my Walther PK380 made for a lefty. It has a nice rich mahogany color and there is not a loose stitch or flaw to be found anywhere. It hugs the body, so printing is not an issue and retains the pistol in any activity.

Quality Holster
I recently purchased the custom MTR holster to fit my Lc9s and the product very nice. This leather is top notch so is the fit. This is an extremely well made holster and I plan to shop here for another holster very soon.

Great customized options
I got this holster for an FN 509 tactical. Very hard to find a holster for this model and I have a Crimson Trace railmaster laser. You can select the gun, your exact optics, lasers, lights, etc.and it was a perfect fit. I had an issue with the order as they got the holster in and then it got lost without being shipped. Gunners Alley made it right and had a new one made and drop shipped to me within a week once the realized what happened. Great customer service. The lead time is long but worth it if you need something super specific.

Exactly As Described and Exactly What I Needed
This is an extremely well made holster, better than several others I have that cost a lot more. Well worth the wait for a custom order. My order was for a Ruger Security 9 with a CT Laser. Straight out of the box as it came holster was a little tight and made the laser come on when gun was holstered. From my time is basic training while in the Army using the method we were taught for breaking in our boots I easily fixed this by soaking the holster in hot water then inserting my gun wrapped in a plastic Wal Mart bag and letting the holster dry completely. Now the fit is still snug and will hold the gun even while upside down, but the laser stays off when sliding in and out of the holster. Very well made holster and I plan to order one more for my 2nd carry gun I rotate in and out of service. Could not be more happier.
