Product Description
MTR Custom Paddle Holster
The MTR Custom Paddle holster is made from 6 to 7 ounce A-Grade premium bull hide and is hand made in the USA. It features a reinforced mouth that allows for one handed re-holstering and a body shield to protect the user from the weapon's controls (thumb safety, slide release lever, etc.). The body shield is favored by many who carry a pistol under their base layer shirt and against bare skin.
The MTR Custom Paddle holster employs a paddle from G Code, which is adjustable for cant. This paddle allows the holster to be used in the straight drop and forward cant position, as well a cross draw with a slight reverse cant.
The paddle holster is very popular due to its "easy-on easy-off" nature. The wearer does not need to remove his or her belt each time they want to put on or take off the paddle holster. This makes the MTR Custom Paddle holster very convenient for users whose daily activities require them to remove their concealed weapon frequently.
Considering the high quality materials, versatility, and convenience, the MTR Custom Paddle holster is a great value that can serve both range and CCW needs.

Perfect for Concealed Carry for Ruger Speed Six
I have several of these holsters because they are the best. The paddle attachment holds the holster snugly against the body, and I can quickly remove the holster when necessary. Leather quality is superb, and the mahogany finish looks elegant. As with my other firearms, the holster didn't require a break-in. I just forced the gun into the holster and let it sit for a few hours. After that, draw is easy, and retention is good. When I compared my Ruger Speed Six revolver with the holster for the S&W Model 19 (K-frame), I found that it was a perfect fit, so I ordered another for the Ruger. I have tried many paddle holsters from many quality brands. The MTR holster is the best.

Very Well Made
I bought this as a gift for my husband, he is very pleased with the holster, very well made, wears comfortable, and for being an outside the pant holster it conceals under a shirt nicely. Very pleased. Well worth the wait.

One of the best I own.
I purchased this holster for my S&W 45 Shield. It holds the gun high and is comfortable all day. It conceals very well. One of the best holsters I own if not the best.

Best I've tried; best I've found, I want other MTR's
Brad @ Gunner's Alley was instrument al in that he showed me this MTR paddle holster for a H7K VB-9. I bought a natural one with no stain, so I could dye it to match the col of some Bianchi's I had for a Glock 21 and 22. I'm glad I followed the instructions on break in, or I could have compromised the integrity of this holster. It is now completed, and looks great. The H& K still locks in, even without a thumb snap. I also have a DeSantis holster for this, but it seems to be more of a "one size fits all", like the Don Hume. I never like paddle holsters until Bianchi came out with one with thumb snaps. These fit the Glock 21 and 22, and work well. I have a couple of mediocre holsters for a Glock 27, and I should probably rethink the holster I use for a full size Colt 1911 Government Combat, and re-think the holster I use for a Kimber Combat 3/4 bbl. I'll be talking with Brad in the near future about holsters for the 1911 and the Kimber.

Perfect for Concealed Carry.
I bought this for concealed carry with my Ruger American Compact. The paddle clip holds it snugly, close to my body. It rides a little high, which I like for cross-draw carry. Leather is very finely finished, but most important, it is very comfortable for long periods of wear. Fit of the gun was too snug when first inserted into the holster, but I applied Galco's EZ Draw gel to the inside of the holster, sparingly. After five practice draws, it was broken in. I can turn the holster upside down, and the gun will not fall out; yet it is easy to draw with speed. I just ordered one of these for the revolver that I sometimes carry.
