Sig P320 X-Carry

The success of the Sig P320 series, led Sig to introduce a number of P320 variations to the 320 line. Those variations included the RX series with the integrated Sig ROMEO1 RMR sight, and the X-Five variants. The first X-Five model introduced was the Sig P320 X-Five (also seen in print as the Sig P320 X5) Full Size. This model, introduced at the 2017 SHOT show, was designed to target the competitive shooting industry (USPSA, IPSC, and IDPA) and the home defense market. The X-Five developed a following, but fans started asking for a smaller version with all the functionality and features found on the X-Five. In late 2017, Sig Sauer met that calling by introducing the Sig P320 X-Carry.

Scroll down to see all the Sig P320 X-Carry holster models that we carry.

The X-Carry is basically built on the Sig P320 Compact frame but features all the upgrades that are/were found on the full size X5. Those include the following:

  • Modified grip that is thinner compared to the standard P320 along with a high beavertail and deeper undercut at the rear of the trigger guard.
  • Enlarged magwell for quicker reloading
  • Flat blade trigger with short reset
  • Milled space on the front slide (like the larger X-Five full size) along with a milled slide to accept an optional Sig ROMEO1 sight. The rear sights are attached to a cover for the RMR milled area as well. The X-Carry is pre-drilled and tapped for the only the ROMEO1 right now, but rumor is Sig will be releasing an adapter to fit other RMR models as well.
  • Like all the X-Five series, the X-Carry features Sig’s X-Ray3 tritium night sites (the same models are found on all the Sig Legion series)
  • A weight system that will allow the shooter to adjust the forward or rearward weight of the pistol

The X-Carry comes with three (3) 17 round magazines, and is currently only available in 9mm (although rumor has it, that the X-Carry can be converted to .40 caliber or .357 Sig, using the P320 Compact conversion kits.) The X-Carry also features an integrated picatinny (1913 version not a Sig proprietary rail)

Here are some questions that we have seen so far regarding the Sig P320 X-Carry holsters:

#1 – Do you offer any Sig P320 Xcarry holsters?

Yes, any holster listed below is available in a version to fit the Sig P320 X-Carry.

#2 – Since the frames are basically the same size; will the X-Carry fit in a holster made for the Sig P320 Compact?

Although the X-Carry and the Compact are very close in size, the frame is slightly different so the fit isn’t really great. You’re better option is to get a holster molded specific to that pistol.

#3 – I bought one of the 320 X-Carry models and, removed the slide plate, and mounted a romeo1 sight to it. Do you a holster that will fit that version?

It sounds like you basically converted your X-Carry over to a P320 X-Carry RX model? We do offer holsters to fit an X-carry with a ROMEO1 RMR sight mounted. Any of the holsters listed below are available for that X-Carry configuration as well.

#4 – Can you support an X-Carry with one of the new TLR-8 laser/lights attached to it?

Yes, any of the holster models listed below are available in a version to fit the P320 X-Carry with a Streamlight TLR-8 mounted to it.

#5 – Do you offer any security holsters for the X-Carry?

It’s important to be clear on what you mean by a “Security holster”. If you mean a holster with a thumb break, then yes, MTR offers P320 X-Carry holster models with an option thumb break (retention strap) added. If you mean a law enforcement security holster such as a Level 2 or Level 3 security holster, unfortunately, we don’t carry any of those for the Sig X-Carry.

#6 – Although this page says that these holsters are designed to fit the Sig X-Carry, I don’t see an X-Carry pictured in any of the holster models seen below?

The images associated with each holster are just sample images so you can see what the holster looks like with a real handgun or revolver in it. The sample guns that were used for the holster pictures are what we happen to have on hand that day for sample pictures.

Any model displayed below is available in a as a Sig P320 X-Carry holster model.
